CORE EVALUATION SERVICES
Perhaps you’re self-diagnosed as autistic* or ADHD, or your child was recently diagnosed with autism and/or ADHD and you thought, “That sounds a lot like me!” Our Core evaluation services are a good fit for those who are looking to identify their neurodivergence and gain personalized recommendations. We offer the following Core evaluation services:
TARGETED ADULT AUTISM EVALUATIONS
A specialized evaluation tailored for adults seeking clarity and understanding of their autism-specific traits
TARGETED ADULT ADHD EVALUATIONS
A specialized assessment designed to identify and find resources for adult ADHD
COMBINED ADULT AUTISM & ADHD EVALUATIONS
A specialized evaluation designed to identify both autistic and ADHD traits as well as offer tailored recommendations based on your current needs
These evaluations are interview-based and are completed virtually via Telehealth. They also include questionnaires to help further understand your unique profile. During these Core evaluations, you will not complete any performance-based measures, such as a cognitive assessment (if you're interested in also understanding your cognitive profile, please see our Extended services below). In our Core evaluations, your provider will review your past experiences and current characteristics through an in-depth clinical interview. Most likely, your provider will share their diagnostic impressions at the end of the interview session. After your evaluation session, your provider will complete a report that will be sent directly to you. Regardless of whether a diagnosis is determined as part of the evaluation, you will receive a report with individualized treatment recommendations to help target your specific concerns discussed as part of your evaluation.
EXTENDED EVALUATION SERVICES
Add to your Core evaluation with our selection of Extended evaluation services, designed to provide you with a deeper understanding of your processing style as well as tailored support:
IQ ASSESSMENT

This Extended evaluation service examines your cognitive processing, including your verbal abilities, pattern recognition, and visual processing skills

It is completed in a virtual 90-minute session (separate from your Core evaluation session) with one of our psychologists

The results of this assessment will be included in your evaluation report with a detailed interpretation of your test scores
POST-EVALUATION SUPPORT

This is a short-term (1-6 sessions) Extended service where you can discuss your evaluation results/recommendations in greater detail, explore additional workplace accommodations, or develop strategies to unmask neurodivergent traits in safe environments

This is ideal for those who are looking for additional support after their Core evaluation
